    I have had chronic shoulder pain for years:
    Due to a sports injury,so I consulted with an orthopedic specialist and had an MRI done, he told me that my  best option was to have major surgery, but before I went
    under the knife I decided to give chiropractic therapy a try. After just one visit with Dr. Totten was able to adjust my shoulder allowing the normal healing process to
    begin, in just a few weeks my motion was greatly improved, and my shoulder felt better than it has in many years, and all without surgery.  Thanks for keeping me out of

       I've been seeing Dr. Sean Totten and I initially came in with a shoulder issue and have felt
    much better. Often when the seasons or barometric pressure changes, I can be prone to
    sinus pressure around my eyes and / or headaches.  I have not experienced this AT ALL
    since treatment began. I am also menopausal and have occasionally had headaches and
    cramping -- none of this symptoms have been present since my treatment began. I have and
    will continue to recommend people to the practice with the assurance they will get the same
    great results as I do. I am more conscious of making overall better health choices in diet and
